At Belysse, we’re hiring a Key Account Manager Central and Eastern Europe to strengthen our presence in the CEE market. You’ll work in a dynamic, results-driven environment where customer focus and ownership are key.
Your role
As Key Account Manager Central and Eastern Europe, you will manage and grow relationships with our key retail clients across Central and Eastern Europe. You’re comfortable engaging both new prospects and established accounts, and you know how to balance commercial initiatives with strategic planning.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and expand key accounts within Central and Eastern Europe.
- Actively prospect new clients (hunting), while nurturing & expanding existing relationships (farming).
- Work independently from home.
- Translate strategies into account plans with clear objectives, actions, risk assessment and deliverables.
- Use data, insights and to support and strengthen your sales approach. Use tools like Excel, PowerPoint and pivot tables to analyse and present results.
- Report market developments and account activity directly to the Sales Director.
- You are willing to travel extensively within your region and participate in meetings at headquarters several times per year.
Your profile
- You live in the Bucharest region.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management. Experience in flooring or carpets is not required.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in both hunting and farming.
- Analytical and data-driven.
- Independent, proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools: Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Outlook.
- You are flexible and adapt to the different cultures and ways of working in the region and in the headquarters
- You are fluent in min 2 local languages and English.
