Digital marketing specialist
We are a team of experts with a strong heritage in soft flooring. We create, develop, and manufacture sustainable floor coverings for premium commercial and residential applications.
We have three leading brands: ITC, Modulyss, and Bentley. Our 1,000 colleagues work at our headquarters in Waregem or at one of our production sites in Tielt, Zele, or Los Angeles.

Are you a hands-on digital marketer with a strong performance mindset? In this role, you translate our strategy and customer needs into digital marketing actions that drive brand growth, pipeline development, and conversion. You lead our performance marketing approach, optimize campaigns based on data, and further develop marketing automation, lead nurturing, and digital platforms.
With a strong focus on KPIs, conversion, and lead quality, you ensure sustainable digital growth and maximum impact. You work closely with external partners and report to the Head of Marketing.
Your responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy
Optimize the digital marketing strategy
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks
Safeguard the balance between brand awareness and lead generation
Translate commercial objectives into digital initiatives
2. Performance Marketing (Strategic & Operational)
Develop and manage an always-on campaign approach
Provide strategic direction for search advertising, social media advertising, retargeting, programmatic advertising, and content-driven visibility in search engines and AI platforms
Optimize CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality
Challenge and steer external agencies on content and performance
Analyze campaign data through dashboards and reporting
3. Marketing Automation
Manage and further develop the marketing automation platform (Microsoft Dynamics)
Design and optimize automated workflows and customer journeys
Continuously improve lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
Safeguard data quality and integration with commercial processes
Monitor and optimize automation performance
4. Website & Digital Platforms
Define the digital roadmap for the website and online platforms
Translate commercial and customer journey objectives into digital functionalities
Manage external development partners
Optimize user experience, conversion structure, and overall performance
Your talents
You bring 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in performance marketing
You are familiar with marketing automation tools
You understand CRM integrations and data flows
You have a data-driven mindset and are both strategic and hands-on
You have experience working with external agencies
You are technologically curious and change-oriented
