Supply chain performance analyst

As a Service Excellence Coordinator, you support the Services Team with data-driven insights, process improvements, and strong cross-functional alignment. You coordinate audits within Planning and Customer Service and safeguard operational continuity.
Your responsibilities:
Performance Management & KPIs
Monitor, analyze, and report on supply chain and customer service KPIs (service level, lead time, inventory, forecast accuracy, backlog, etc.).
Provide actionable insights to management and operational teams to support decision-making.
Identify performance trends, risks, and root causes of deviations from targets.
Continuous Improvement
Define, structure, and support improvement initiatives within Services processes.
Identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and misalignments within the end-to-end supply chain.
End-to-End Process Alignment
Analyze interfaces between Demand Management, Planning, Execution, and Customer Communication to ensure smooth information flow.
Act as a coordination point between Planning and Customer Service (CSD) to ensure alignment across sites and departments.
Support of Operational Governance
Support daily operational governance in the absence of the Service Director.
Ensure continuity in decision-making, escalation management, and follow-up of key actions.
Support cross-functional communication and ensure transparency regarding priorities, constraints, and risks.
Prepare and support operational reviews and management meetings.
Your talents:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations or equivalent through experience.
Initial experience in Operations and Planning within a manufacturing environment (Customer Service/Purchasing is a plus).
Strong analytical, structured, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, data analysis, and ERP; SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Proactive, hands-on, and focused on continuous improvement.
