Tielt – 2 shifts (early/late)

We are a team of experts with a strong legacy in soft flooring. We create, develop and produce durable floor coverings for premium commercial and residential applications. We have 4 premium brands are ITC, modulyss, Arc Edition and Bentley. Our 1300 colleagues are employed at our headquarters located in Waregem or at one of our production sites in Tielt, Zele or Los Angeles. Together we are The people from Belysse.

For our cablage/heatset department we are looking for a new colleague. In this department the yarns are wound (cablage) and melted (heatset) to create a certain volume.

Your challenges

  • You are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of machines, structures, pipes and mechanical parts across the entire department.
  • You formulate and implement improvement proposals.
  • You ensure order, cleanliness and safety of installations and machines.
  • You work in 2 shifts:
  • Early shift: Monday tem Thursday from 5h-13h, Friday from 5h-11h
  • Late shift: Monday to Thursday from 1pm-21am, Friday from 11am-17pm.

Your talents

  • You have a technical degree (mechanic, electrician or electro mechanic) or possess a strong dose of technical passion to complete a driven training as a technician.
  • You can work independently and have a sense of responsibility.
  • You have a problem-solving and results-oriented attitude.
  • You have social skills and are passionate about technology.
