Corporate governance charter

Belysse commits to high standards in terms of corporate governance. We base this on the Belgian Corporate Governance Code 2020 of 9 May 2019 (the "Corporate Governance Code").

We have implemented a corporate governance charter and will review it regularly so that we can make changes when necessary.
