Belysse was born on the banks of the River Lys that gave us our name. Everything we do is inspired by its flow. We rely on its bounty to create our carpets and, in return, we honor its generosity by reducing our water usage and keeping the river clean. Our goal is to see the Lys sparkling and alive with rich biodiversity. Like every river, the Lys is ever-changing and this is the stimulus behind our creativity. We, like the river, are always changing.

Our careful consideration for our water supply is only one commitment to our love for the planet. We know that everything that is produced creates pollution and waste, and this is our challenge. To handle our resources with care and limit our impact on the environment. We are taking many steps towards a better, healthier planet, but there’s much more to do. These are just ripples.
