As of Monday, 4 May 2026, François de Labarre will take on the role of interim CFO of Belysse Group. He brings more than 30 years of experience, having held several CFO roles in private equity backed companies, as well as positions in listed companies.
Andy Rogiest, who is leaving the company, will remain temporarily with the group to ensure a smooth and well-structured transition.
Belysse is a leading producer of textile floor coverings. With a consolidated revenue of €254.2 m in 2025, our products are exported to more than 100 countries worldwide under our premium brands ITC, modulyss and Bentley. We have been publicly listed on Euronext Brussels since June 2017
Continuing the strong legacy of our NEXT programme, we have outlined a 4-year roadmap called BEYOND. It consists of the following three courses of action:
Increased focus on sustainability through innovative products and production processes.
Incremental drive for efficiency through lean strategies and procurement
Emphasis on agility through digital initiatives
