As of Monday, 5 October 2026, René Bender takes on the role of interim CFO of Belysse Group. He brings more than 25 years of experience, having held several CFO, COO and other finance roles in both private equity-backed and listed global companies.
Belysse is a leading producer of textile floor coverings. With a consolidated revenue of €254.2 m in 2025, our products are exported to more than 100 countries worldwide under our premium brands ITC, modulyss and Bentley. We have been publicly listed on Euronext Brussels since June 2017.
