Business controller
We are a team of experts with a strong heritage in soft flooring. We create, develop and manufacture sustainable flooring solutions for premium commercial and residential applications.
We have 3 leading brands: ITC, Modulyss and Bentley. Our 1,000 colleagues are based at our headquarters in Waregem or at one of our production sites in Tielt, Zele or Los Angeles.

As a Senior Business Controller, you will be an important sparring partner for management, supporting the financial and operational steering of our activities. You combine in-depth financial expertise with a strong understanding of production, supply chain and commercial processes.
Your responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate budgets and forecasts.
Analyse results, margins, cost prices and operational performance.
Develop management reports and KPI dashboards.
Identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
Monitor working capital and cash generation.
Actively contribute to process improvements, automation and the digitalisation of reporting.
Who are we looking for?
You have a Master's degree in Business Economics, Commercial Engineering, Economics or an equivalent qualification.
You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Controlling.
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or supply chain environment is a must.
You have solid experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus.
Experience with BI and reporting tools is a plus.
