We are a team of experts with a strong heritage in soft flooring. We create, develop, and manufacture sustainable floor coverings for premium commercial and residential applications.
We have three leading brands: ITC, Modulyss, and Bentley. Our 1,000 colleagues are employed at our headquarters in Waregem or at one of our production sites in Tielt, Zele, or Los Angeles.

As a Tufting Operator, you contribute to the production of our carpets. You operate one or more tufting machines.
Your goal? To ensure that carpets are produced flawlessly, according to the required quality standards, and without unnecessary machine downtime. You will receive the necessary support and on-the-job training from your mentor/buddy.

Your responsibilities
- Starting up, adjusting, and monitoring the tufting machine
- Repairing yarn breaks or small defects
- Visually inspecting carpets for quality
- Solving minor malfunctions independently or reporting them
- Placing backing fabric and assisting with blade changes
- Assisting with knotting
- Entering data into the system (CIM)
- Working safely, neatly, and according to procedures
- Consulting and communicating with colleagues and the shift supervisor
