Patterns and colours

When it comes to defining a carpet's unique identity, it's all about the interplay of patterns and colours. Our cutting-edge facility boasts several advanced printing machines and a variety of dyeing methods to bring your carpet visions to life.

Printing techniques

ITUFT TECHNOLOGY

With our computerised iTuft technology, we have the ability to create large-pattern designs through tufting, using yarns in various colours. This enables us to offer an extensive range of patterns and designs that are truly unique.

CHROMOJET PRINTING TECHNOLOGY

This digital printing technology uses computer-controlled jets to apply colours onto the carpet fibres. The process allows for high-resolution, full-colour printing on both broadloom carpets and carpet tiles, resulting in vibrant and detailed designs.

SCREEN PRINTING

Next to digital printing, we offer screen printing. This technique involves imprinting patterns or colours onto the carpet using perforated cylinders. The ink is then absorbed by the carpet, creating a permanent design.

Dyeing methods

SOLUTION DYEING

With solution dyeing, colour is added to the liquid state of the yarn components, before the yarn is actually produced. This process ensures that the colour penetrates the entire fibre, resulting in excellent colour fastness and enhanced stain resistance.

PIECE DYEING

Piece dyeing is a method where the carpet is first tufted and then dyed as a whole before being finished. This approach is ideal for custom colour requests.
